Leaving 1С/BAS without breaking document exchange: acts and invoices keep going through Вчасно, now from your new accounting system

Вчасно is not a replacement for 1С/BAS: it is electronic document exchange with your counterparties, not an accounting program. Many companies send acts, invoices and delivery notes to Вчасно straight from 1С/BAS. When you leave 1С/BAS, those documents have to come from somewhere else — the new accounting or ERP system your accountant chooses, and that choice is outside this page. Вчасно offers a connection for ERP systems other than 1C, so documents formed there reach the service already filled with the counterparty's details. We carry over the counterparties and the setup of your document exchange, so counterparties keep receiving documents during the move. What we move

1С/BAS → ВчасноThe counterparty directory with registration codes is exported from 1С/BAS, cleaned and loaded into your new system, so documents reach Вчасно addressed to the right company.
1С/BAS → ВчасноThe map of your document exchange — which documents (acts, invoices, delivery notes, contracts) go electronically and to which counterparties — is carried over to the new system's connection with Вчасно.
1С/BAS → ВчасноThe rules you had in 1С/BAS — which documents leave on their own and which only when the accountant presses the button — are set up the same way for the new system.
1С/BAS → ВчасноAccess to the exchange: instead of the employee key used by 1С/BAS, the new system gets its own separate key in Вчасно, and the old one is switched off after the move.
1С/BAS → ВчасноThe last document numbers from 1С/BAS are carried into the new system, so numbering in documents sent through Вчасно continues without gaps or repeats.

How the move goes

Audit: we look at which documents currently go from 1С/BAS to Вчасно, to which counterparties and who signs them, and export the counterparty directory from 1С/BAS through its built-in open exchange interface.
Cleaning: we merge duplicate counterparties and fix wrong registration codes before anything goes into the new system.
Choosing the route: we check whether your new system can work through Вчасно's connection for systems other than 1C, or whether direct file transfer between servers suits it better.
Trial: a few documents from the new system go through Вчасно to test counterparties, and we check the details and signatures.
Parallel work: for the transition we agree on a clear boundary — which documents still leave from 1С/BAS and which already from the new system — so nothing is sent twice.
Reconciliation: together with you we check that every counterparty from the old exchange now receives documents from the new system.
Switch-off: the link between 1С/BAS and Вчасно and its access key are turned off; from then on documents leave only from the new system.

Automation scenarios

Monthly acts stall during the move

Before the team leaving 1С/BAS fears that acts will stop reaching counterparties until the new system is ready.

After acts formed in the new system go to Вчасно already filled in, and counterparties see no difference.

Counterparty codes retyped by hand

Before the counterparty directory would be retyped into the new system, with typos in codes and documents going to the wrong company.

After the directory is exported from 1С/BAS, cleaned and loaded, with no second manual entry.

The same act sent twice

Before during the move both the old and the new system send the same act, and the counterparty asks which one to sign.

After the boundary is agreed in advance, and each document leaves from exactly one place.

Who sent this document?

Before after the move it is unclear whether a document came from the old link, the new one or a person.

After the new system works under its own key in Вчасно, the old one is switched off, and the sender is always clear.

How it works technically

BAS products are on Ukraine's official list of prohibited software (Cabinet resolution №1335 of 22.10.2025, based on Presidential Decree №601/2024 of 02.09.2024). The direct ban applies to the state sector, critical infrastructure and systems processing state information resources.

Limits

Вчасно is document exchange and does not replace 1С/BAS or accounting: the books and tax reporting move to a separate accounting or ERP system your accountant chooses, and that choice is outside this page. Whether that system can work through Вчасно's connection for systems other than 1C, or needs direct file transfer between servers, is checked at the start. Access to the exchange works only through a key issued to a specific user. We do not promise that Вчасно takes in the document archive kept inside 1С/BAS. 1С/BAS is on the official prohibited software list: we do not take projects for state bodies, critical infrastructure or systems with state data.

Questions

Does Вчасно replace 1С/BAS?

No. Вчасно is where you exchange and sign documents with counterparties. The documents themselves are formed in an accounting or ERP system — after 1С/BAS, in the one your accountant chooses — and Вчасно receives them from there.

Is it legal to stay on 1С/BAS?

The direct ban covers the state sector, critical infrastructure and systems with state data. For a private business staying is formally allowed, but it is a risk — check your specific situation with a lawyer.

Will document exchange stop during the move?

No. For the transition we agree which documents still leave from 1С/BAS and which already from the new system, and the old link is switched off only after we have checked that every counterparty receives documents from the new one.

What happens to documents that were already signed?

Documents sent through Вчасно before the move are in Вчасно, and its connection allows originals and copies to be downloaded from it. The document archive inside 1С/BAS is a separate question: we decide with your accountant where to keep it, and we do not promise that Вчасно takes it in.
