OneBox integration & automation

One system for an online store: orders, calls, receipts and delivery move together, no manual re-typing

OneBox is built as one business platform for an online seller — orders, clients, warehouse and finances live under one roof, with ready categories of connections to banks and payment services, cash registers and receipts, phone calls, messengers and marketplaces. We link OneBox to whatever else you run and build custom data exchange for what a ready connection doesn't cover, so an order updates itself everywhere instead of someone copying it by hand.

What we connect

  • Data about orders, clients and their statuses exchanges between OneBox and your other systems automatically — nobody types the same order twice.
  • Ready categories of connections cover banks and payment services, the cash register and the receipt that goes to the tax office, phone calls, messengers including Viber, and online stores and marketplaces.
  • The moment something changes on an order or a client card, OneBox can pass that change to another connected system right away, instead of it waiting to be noticed.
  • OneBox has kept an older way of connecting alive alongside the newer one, so a custom link built earlier keeps working even after we add a new connection on top.
  • Deeper data exchange — building your own selections and reports across everything in OneBox — is switched on as a separate technical access, not included in the base set by default.
  • For anything the ready categories don't cover, we build a custom data flow on top, so an order, a client or a stock record stays linked exactly the way your process needs.

Automation scenarios

01

An order is placed in OneBox

Before a manager copies order details into the delivery service by hand.

After order details move to the delivery service on their own, and a parcel is ready to send.

02

A payment comes in

Before a manager checks the bank or payment service manually and updates the order status.

After OneBox picks up the payment confirmation itself and switches the order status, so the client sees it right away.

03

A client calls in

Before a manager writes down what the caller wanted afterwards and links it to the wrong card, or to none.

After the call is recognised as connected and the record lands straight on the right client's card.

04

A sale needs a tax receipt

Before a manager creates the receipt separately in the cash register app and hopes the numbers match.

After the sale in OneBox is linked to the cash register category, and the receipt goes out tied to the same order.

05

A report needs data from across the whole system

Before without the deeper technical access switched on, someone collects the sample by hand from different screens.

After with it switched on, the same sample builds itself across everything OneBox holds.

How it works technically

For those who want to check: each point links to the official documentation page it comes from.

  • OneBox OS has a public JSON REST API (version 2) for developers, installed as a separate app inside the system.

  • API v2 can manage all entities in OneBox and build any data sample; access is protected with temporary tokens.

  • Using the API requires an extra licensed session: one more user on a cloud plan, or one more license key on the boxed version.

  • Besides the newer v2, OneBox still maintains the original v1 API — the vendor supports both versions at the same time.

  • The platform has separate ready-made app categories for connections to telephony, messengers, banks and payment systems, cash registers and receipts, delivery services and marketplaces.

Limits

Technical data exchange doesn't come switched on by default: it needs one extra user on a cloud plan, or one extra license key on the boxed version, on top of the regular account.

How to start

Three steps from a first message to work on your project.

  1. 01

    Leave a request

Describe the task in the form — in text or by voice. Budget and timing are optional.

  2. 02

    We review and estimate

A developer studies the brief, asks about anything unclear and sends an estimate.

  3. 03

    We start

Once scope and price are agreed, the work begins.

Questions

What does OneBox exchange with other systems automatically?
Order details, client cards and status changes — instead of someone copying them by hand from screen to screen.
Is phone connection part of OneBox?
Yes — there's a ready category for phone connections, so a call can be tied straight to the right client's card.
Does OneBox connect to Viber?
Yes — messaging through Viber has its own ready connection category, alongside other messengers.
What do we need to turn on deeper data exchange?
One extra user seat on a cloud plan, or one extra license key on the boxed version — it doesn't come switched on by default.
